Getting Started
Once you sign up on our portal, you’ll be assigned a unique suite number. You must use this suite number along with our warehouse address in China or the US when placing your orders.
Signing up for a China Bridge Jamaica account is completely free. You only pay for shipping and processing when you have an incoming package.
Shipping & Tracking
Air Freight: 3–5 business days after arriving at our
overseas warehouse.
Sea Freight: 15–25 days depending on the sailing schedule
and customs processing.
You can track your items 24/7 through our AI-powered logistics portal. You will also receive automated updates via email/SMS as your package moves from "Received" to "Ready for Pickup."
Yes. To ensure faster processing, please upload your invoice to the portal as soon as your items are shipped by the supplier.
Costs & Customs
Rates are based on the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, whichever is greater.
All items entering Jamaica are subject to inspection by Jamaica Customs. Packages with a CIF value (Cost + Insurance + Freight) over $100 USD are generally subject to duty.
Yes! Our portal features a built-in Customs Calculator to help you estimate duties and taxes before your package arrives.

Our main office is at Shop 5, 11 South Street, Morant Bay, St. Thomas.
While our main hub is in Morant Bay, we offer delivery services across Jamaica for an additional fee.
You will need a valid government-issued ID (TRN, Driver's License, or Passport).
